Group access: request

It is possible to request "group access" for the corpora. This allows multiple users of the corpora to use them without being blocked by limits on the number of queries per hour or day.

Group access is intended for use by classes, not individual researchers. If group access is used by an individual (even once), then access to all of the corpora will be cut off -- permanently. Also, please DO NOT have each student sign up separately; just have all of them use your email address to log on to the corpora.

To request group access, please fill in the following form. A copy of this will be sent to the corpus administrator, and you will also receive a confirmation email.

Your name
Email address
Date needed
Month
Day
Year
Start time (your time zone)   (Group access will last four hours)
Time Zone

Utah now = 2/9/2012 6:13:34 PM
Make sure you choose the right time zone, by selecting how much ahead or behind you are right now from the Utah time shown above. For example, if it says that your time zone is +7 hours but you can see that you are really +8 hours right now, then choose +8.
Corpora   (Can select more than one)

Notes:
1. You can only have one active request at a time. For example, if you need group access on Thursday at 8 AM for the next two weeks, you will need to wait until after class on the first Thursday to request the second Thursday.
2. Group access lasts for four hours
3. You must be a registered user of the corpus to request group access. All queries will be logged under your email address.
